Here is a "dossier" on the
Extraverse's "Golden Son,"
Captain Ally!

ALLIED
FORCE DOSSIER: CONFIDENTIAL
Code Name: CAPTAIN ALLY
Name: James Justice
Occupation (or Rank): Captain,
United States Air Force
Place of Birth: Lubbock, TX
Base of Operations (or
Residence): Washington, D.C.
Age: 26
Height: 6’4”
Weight: 265
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Black
Powers/Abilities: Captain Ally
possesses the ability to
physically tap into the magnetic
polarity of the Earth. This
power is primarily harnessed
through a form of telekinesis,
enabling him to effortlessly
lift heavy objects, manipulate
and reshape metal, and to defy
gravity for flight.
When manipulating objects,
Captain Ally does not have to
actually be physically touching
the surface of the affected
material, but often gets close
enough to make it appear as if
he is, due to a preference (in
his own words) “to be hands-on.”
However, an independent Pentagon
study into the nature of his
powers (Case No: EHT- 001534801
CLASSIFICATION LEVEL ALPHA.)
reveals that in times of extreme
emotional duress or following
significant injury, Captain Ally
begins to utilize his powers on
a subconscious level and
manifests his powers on a
substantially increased level,
capable of implementing massive
damage within an instant.
Studies have yet to prove
conclusively what the exact
limits of Captain Ally’s power
range is, but with the magnetic
polarity of the entire Earth
literally at his fingertips,
it’s believed he could affect
the world on a global scale.
History: James Justice was
raised in rural Lubbock, Texas.
At the age of ten, his family
was attacked by the Ku Klux Klan
over the interracial union of
his parents. During this
conflict, James manifested what
is regarded as one of the
earliest documented instances of
Extrahuman tendencies (E.H.T.)
in the United States. Following
this traumatic event, James
accompanied his family as they
relocated to the West Coast,
settling in the Los Angeles,
California, area.
Years later, James joined the
United States Air Force, where
he had a distinguished early
career, rising to the rank of
Lieutenant due to his exemplary
conduct both on and off the
battlefield. Under the
mentorship of General Franklin
E. Smith, James continued to
prove himself to be a shining
example of bravery, honor, and
courage, quickly earning
deep-rooted respect among the
men in his division. After an
impassioned appeal by Smith on
his behalf, James became one of
the youngest men in Air Force
history to ascend to the rank of
Captain.
It was during the Attack on
Pearl Harbor by the Empire of
Japan that James Justice had
what could be considered the
crowning achievement of his
career. After his fighter was
shot down while heroically
defending the base from the
Japanese assault, James emerged
from the wreckage of his
aircraft, utilizing his
Extrahuman tendencies in
dramatic fashion, as he went on
to thwart the attack almost
single-handedly.
Following the battle, James
Justice joined Eagle and Silver
Sentinel as charter members of
General Smith’s hand-picked
Extrahuman task force code-named
Project: Allied Force. |
